VANNAK VILLA BTB

Vannak villa BTB is a classic contemporary villa which focused on functions over form. It consists of a sales gallery, a spacious frontyard, the villa itself, a parking area, and a warehouse with an entrance from the back of the site. Various design choices are made in order to incorporate the nature from the surrounding area as much as possible.

A pond behind the sales gallery helps freshen up the area with cool air and provides a good views for the resting room facing it along with the surrounding greeneries. The pavement in the frontyard avoids the existing palm trees while still providing a large enough space to hold events or family gatherings. The indoor-outdoor courtyard has a seating area where clients can enjoy the fresh and relaxing atmosphere. In the living area, the double high ceiling and other large windows lets plenty of natural lighting and ventilation into the villa.
