SATOVILLE 6Ha is a development project that aims to provide residential spaces, commercial opportunities, as well as gathering spots. Since it is right in the commercial zone, shophouses seem to be the most suitable type of structure. However, our design proposal separates the shophouses from one another to create voids that allow natural lights and ventilation for the residents. There are also Twin Villas in the more peaceful parts of each blocks for those who are not planning to open businesses. In the middle of the area, there is a large gathering spot for events as well as a public park.
