PREK ENG RESIDENCE

This is a renovation project which utilizes the space in the between 2 villas into usable areas with turning it into a living area, courtyard, and a home office. The focus on sustainable living lead the design to integrate nature into the project by creating an open inner courtyard that allows the natural light and ventilation into all sides of the residence. The interior space is designed to be one big open area that connects the dining area to the dry kitchen and wet kitchen, while the whole area connects to the living area and courtyard through the large window openings.
