NAKKUN RIVERSCAPE

NAKKUN RIVERSCAPE is a vacation villa designed with privacy, modern architecture principles, and connection with greenery in mind to make it suitable for a relaxing stay with family and friends along with refreshing atmosphere and view of Mekong river.

A big parking area, occupying the frontyard as well as the main home entrance and service & emergency entrance, sets the boundary between the road and the villa in order to reduce noise from the outside. Sitting in the middle of the villa and the main entrance is a home garden for homegrown vegetables and fruits for the residents' temporary stay.

The backyard connecting to the Mekong river is a hub of relaxation and entertainment. An infinity pool made with natural stone simulates the feeling of swimming in the natural river like one that is just over the edge. Nearby is a mini bar for drinks and snacks or light food for events such as pool parties. The outdoor gym lets the residents perform their exercise routines or meditation while being bathed in the natural sunlight, cool breeze, and stunning view of the nature surrounding them. Looking out to the Mekong river is an outdoor kitchen and dining pavilion where the residents can come to enjoy their meal with the fresh atmosphere surrounding them or simply to relax and take in the view.
