This project is a small part of the thousands of hectares of this special industrial area which has the potential to become prosperous and crucial. In order to meet the client’s requirements, it is divided into 5 main areas - the sales head office, the resort, the entertainment center, the commercial building, and the residential area. Large roads are constructed to help ease the expected traffic. The first main area is the head office which also accommodates the top golf venue and a restaurant.
The Malai Two Season Resort, which offers many functions and services such as entertainment, gatherings, relaxation, as well as a par-3 golf course with focus on landscape design to provide maximum comfort and fresh atmosphere for the customers. The design of this resort incorporates with nature as much as possible, with the open space lobby and reception area, restaurant and swimming pool by the pond, and pathways with greeneries and trees all around.
Woodland Casino, the Entertainment Center, focuses on important aspects such as modern architecture in terms of colors, materials, shapes, and the latest LED screen technology, landscape design to create a fresh atmosphere, and the flow concept for ease of use and access for the customers. The Malai Community Square is a modern shopping mall where people can also use as a social gathering spot. The design of this community square is clean, sleek, and modern with the choice of materials and shapes. The overall shape of building circles around and make the center of the area the focal point, which is the courtyard. There is also a walkway that goes up around the courtyard onto the first floor of the mall building.
Malai Prestige Villa offers 3 different types of residences where people can access through 2 entrances.
The Luxury class villas are modern contemprary houses with the total land size of 1200m2 (30mx40m), and they come with private swimming pools in the backyard. Meanwhile, The Middle Class villas are inspired by traditional khmer houses and the lifestyle and customs of the Cambodians folks. This design aims to imitate and improve on that with a private swimming pool and a backyard access that leads to the walk path behind the houses giving them 2 points of access. The last type of residence is the shophouses which are located along side the Malai Community Square, right across the road.
